Clay Gordon replied to Elaine Hsieh's discussion HELP!! Does anyone know how to change the paper roll on the FBM machines?
"I just called Elaine and she said she was able to get in touch with the president of FBM, Umberto Boscolo who was reading his e-mail over the weekend. A quick Skype video call took care of everything and now Elaine is back in production."

"I know that this is an old post, but how can they produce the product for you without knowing the recipe? I ask because my wife wants to mass produce chocolate bars but with a different kind of filling."
