- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- My most memorable experience was creating a custom box of chocolates for a woman who had but a few days to live. In hospice, she was no longer eating food for sustenance, but requested a 15 piece box of our beautiful hand-painted artisan truffles. Her sister relayed that she lived until the last chocolate was lovingly consumed. We were all choked up and in tears here at the shop.
