Its not really chocolate related, but I will never forget the smell of an entire 30+ lb batch of burned caramel.... YUck!! And the lady that argued that the bloom on a truffle was mold and it was the "bad" kind of mold!

Depends on my mood... Anything white with peanut butter, dark with a hint of raspberry flavor with my wine or milk with any kind of nuts, caramel, etc
