I'd love to hear more about your probiotic chocolate. I have been working with soil based organisms and other pro and prebiotics in chocolate and am curious what probiotics you are using, where do them come from, are they fermented, how they make it through the digestive system in tact to plant themselves in the colon, are you working with peyers patch for the small intestine, is there sugar in your chocolate, what do you add to the probiotics (if anything, for them to eat while inside of you, on their journey) etc etc. I'm a holistic heath care practitioner and am always looking for great, well researched products to share.
