Not long after moving to Switzerland, I was at a colleague's house for dinner and she had these tiny, tiny cubes of melt in the mouth chocolates. I had never tasted chocolate like these. The local name for them is Zuger Bsetzi Stei (unfortunately, this does not translate into English except the first word which is 'Zug's Bsetzi Stei' - Zug is the name of the small city where I work). She had toothpicks in them so they were easy to eat, too easy! I discovered just yesterday (three years later), that the chocolatier who makes them is local to the area and only has three shops. Whenever I have friends visiting from overseas I always make sure I have a box to tempt them.
My favorite chocolate is:
Lindt Dark Chili (at the moment)
