- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- Getting to meet Hasty Torres, the wife of Master Chocolatier, Jacques Torres, a person I have admired for over a decade. His artistry took my love of chocolate from just eating it to wanting to know all about it and setting about to create my own confections. Hasty Torres is beautiful inside and out, has wonderful chocolates that were dreamy and delicious, and I look forward to one day meeting my chocolate inspiration, Jacques Torres.
- My favorite chocolate is:
- European chocolates, because they seem to have a smoother texture and deeper, flavor. It's not just sugar I taste when I bite into a Cadbury bar or nibble on a Lindt square. I like to scour the market for different chocolates and savor them.
