Hi Howard,
We live in San Jose, although I've lived in (and loved) Mission Viejo in the past -- may end up there again someday if things work out. We work with all kinds of beans -- Peru, Madagascar, Philippiines, Venezuela, Africa -- but I was intrigued by the beans from Samoa. Do you think you'll be able to get them again in the future? Our business is small scale bean-to-bar, and we're always on the lookout for new/intereting beans.
