For Sale:Pavoni Minitemper

This unit is a little over a year old and lightly used. Same schematic as the ACMC (using 100w incandescents to melt the chocolate) but made of bombproof stainless construction and with twice the capacity (about 7 lbs). Bowl shipped from the manufacturer with a slight defect that is irritating but doesn't affect performance, it just makes an annoying click. Good news is a replacement bowl is available for around $80. It is made in Italy, but located in the SF bay area.
