NUNU Chocolates (www.nunuchocolates.com) is headed to Paris in April for a pop-up shop in the Brachfeld Gallery. We are in need of a tempering machine and were hoping to rent or buy a Rev X3210 (or its equivalent) in Paris so we could avoid shipping one over from New York.Does anyone know of any good equipment suppliers over in Paris or have one yourself that you might be willing to sell or lend to us?
