- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- Finding a bar of MUZZI NERO NERO 99% hidden away in an obscure corner of a specialty upscale groceria in the Stanford Shopping Center Palo Alto, California ... and discovering, beneath its novel, leather-like wallet packaging a chocolate of intense flavor, great balance, numerous taste nuances, and a lingering and lengthy finish. Until that moment, my favorite high-cacao content bar had, for years, been Cluizel's 99% Noir Infini. So impressed was I with the MUZZI NERO NERO that I resuscitated my moribund chocolate education and chocolate tasting practice so that I could share this experience with new audiences and clientele!
