Hi, have worked and trained in French chocolate making at Cacao Fine Chocolates for 5 years. Have now moved on to working for Monsieur Truffe to learn the bean to bar making process. Have travelled far and wide eating chocolate around the globe and love learning more about chocolate all the time!
