Hi There, I recently started a new eating regimen. Some of you may have heard of it. It's called the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. - I would say one of my most memorable moments in regards to chocolate was tasting the pulp from the cacao pod for the first time and then enjoying the beans (nuts) in their raw state. Truly magical.

- Currently I am enjoying raw cacao beans from Costa Rica, Bali and Ecuador. I eat them mixed with various local honeys and let me tell you its AMAZING!
