Welcome to The Chocolate Life. One of my favorite memories like this (i.e., pouring chocolate ganache over a dessert) is/was a restaurant in New York City called Supper. They had a hazelnut panna cotta on the dessert menu and after serving it a server would come by with a pot of warm chocolate ganache and start pouring it over the panna cotta asking, "Say When."
Hi Jeff- welcome- your souffle sounds VERY special- was it from a cook book recipe? Im sure I would ruin it.....so X power squares where do u get those? whats the flavors?
