Just over a year old. Works great not used but 10 times. Bought brand new for $350. Selling for $250 plus shipping. I also have Guittard 38% milk chocolate and 55% dark chocolate available $5 per pound. I have about roughly 20 pounds of 38% milk chocolate and about 15 pound of the 55% dark chocolate.See More

I make a banana truffle without the peanut butter and this is what I do and it comes out great.

Ganache recipe for truffles
I have been asked several times if I could make certain truffles but I'm not exactly sure how to go about doing it. The most asked one is peanut butter banana truffle. I can make peanut butter truffles but how do I incorporate the banana flavor into it. I have never done it before. If anyone could help me out I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

It turned out ok. I think my seconds shoe mold will look better because I got that mold to come out nicer looking."
