- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- Seeing how chocolate is grown on trees. Watching Bob and Pam Cooper become the only 100% Hawaiian Chocolate Factory. How they started with just the trees and now have the very best TREE TO BAR chocolate. I have know the Coopers for years and have watch them decicate their life not only to make the purest and only 100% American made bars, but to help the farmers start a new industry for their own well being. Very proud of them.
