Making Brazilian-flavors-inspired truffles, and dipping them--300 of them -- in chocolate with the help of my mother. I am Brazilian (live in the US, though), my mother was visiting, and we spent days coming up with traditional recipes that could be transformed in truffles. We bonded, shared good childhood memories and learned a ton from each other.
