Clay Gordon replied to Katreece Montgomery's discussion Chocolate & PhotographyI love to make fancy chocolate decorations and just for fun, I started experimenting with the creative side of chocolate, playing around with artists techniques and applying them to chocolate, then taking my creations to parties, giving them as gifts etc.
I'm a professional videographer, and decided to start a chocolate youtube channel
http://www.youtube.com/user/thechocolateaddict and make silly instructional videos of my discoveries called The Chocolate Addict. I got a great response and a few of my videos got featured on youtube.
This lead to making instructional chocolate decorating DVDs ( I have 2 ) and well, I guess the rest is history.
