- Impossible to answer! Every Easter basket when was a child. My mom did a great job, with a Sees egg as the clincher. Recently, Copia's "Death by Chocolate" events - getting to meet great chocolatiers, sample new products. I just got back from my 3rd one!
- My favorite chocolate is:
- E. Guittard (for baking, confections). For eating, it changes weekly.
