If you don't need a full 10 X 10 booth and you want to offer "Chocolate Tastings" than I recommend the pavilion. Otherwise a regular vendor booth. We have Chocolatiers in both areas."

I'm interested in being a vendor at the Oakhurst event, but not sure whether to pursue application for my handmade peanut butter cups inside the tent or outdoor in handmade craft cateogry? I have my health permit and business license and sell in raffia-wrapped window boxes. (I left a msg for you at your city hall email also)...
Even if 'm not a vendor, I'm going...it sounds fantastic, and I have family ties to Oakhurst.

But I plan to devote a page to "PAIRINGS" to talk about my vision for community wine-chocolate, coffee-chocolate events/classes such as yours (We're in Wine Country! with no organized representation from the local handmade, organic, fair trade chocolate makers). Our huge annual wine festival that draws tens of thousands has no organized chocolate presence...c'mon! I'll be looking for ideas in Oakhurst....

The Chocolate and Wine Festival takes place on October 10th and 11th in Oakhurst CA. The festival will feature Chocolatiers from all over the state, Madera and Mariposa Wine Companies and seven local restaurants including the five star, Erna's Elderberry House.
