Hello Cacao Appreciators,I'm new... new to the site, new to cacao. I'm looking for a "raw" cacao paste supplier who is fair trade, organic, environmentally sound, family farm or cooperative and in love with the cacao... etc. Any leads?? I'd prefer Criollo, mostly because my understanding is it is the oldest variety and I'm accustomed to it's flavor.(although I understand it varies depending on particular tree, harvest etc) I was getting it from someone in Az. who had a connection with a farm…See More

Most memorable chocolate experience:
Feeding my husband chocolate and being fed by him during the lunch break at Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche's weekend Mahamudra teaching.

More recently creating sacred cacao meditations and sharing them with large groups of people. Witnessing their beautiful physical, emotional and spiritual transformations are incredibly blissful!!
My favorite chocolate is:

Few answers: I produce such Swiss Probiotic Chocolate with one of the most famous artisan in Switzerland using a mix of Probiotic supplied by an italian University. They stay alive but in stand by into the chocolate and until they reach the gut, where feeling like at home (they are human origin) they start living again: it's fantastic mainly for your health. No sugar at all, it's bitter chocolate.
And now the bad news: I have not yet distributors in US.
Hear you soon
Giuseppe
