Most memorable chocolate experience:
Reading the Chocolate Connoisseur and learning a whole other world exists. Or perhaps when my son was surprised I was going downtown (20 minutes away) to have some cake and I responded to his questioning with -did I not take you across the country to have some chocolate ? then it made sense to him . (Chocolate Show New York,2008)
Or was the most memorable 'chocolate life' experience when my daughter was having a party and like any parent would do I harassed one of the boys just to make sure they were behaving . Then my daughter came to me and said you do not want to give him a hard time his family has "the chocolate company" and she held up a box of Chuao chocolates and gave me my first "Firecracker"chocolate - quite an experience.
My favorite chocolate is:
favorite chocolate ? Depends on country and occasion, must research this further and often. I am a fan of Maison du Chocolate's Champagne cognac truffles.
