- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- I had made truffles before in my kitchen. Always difficult. Then I took a class at Norman Love's chocolate shop. Drove 2 hours and when I got there was in love. He showed such passion and in my opinion the molded chocolates I learnes were easier than the truffles.
- My favorite chocolate is:
- Guittard. I love the crip flavor in my chocolates.
