Hello all,I am looking to add a sprayer to my shop and was wondering if anyone has or does use theAirmaster Airbrush Set by KopyKake. I ordered one and then had a panicked thought of "is this even used with cocoa butter?", since I later noticed the seller does not carry colored cocoa butter.  They themselves did not know. I emailed the company, KopyKake,  directly and they said "no because they are designed for liquids".  I think they must not have understood that the cocoa butter will be in a…See More

Most memorable chocolate experience:
Totally messing up my first attempt at hand tempering. I laughed so hard at the disaster that laid before me. Every tool around me was covered in hard chocolate, the floor was not spared either. Being a clean freak this broke me in quite well. It was like watching a train wreck, I felt very helpless as the chocolate got harder and harder and would not move on the marble slab. From there, one could only get better!
My favorite chocolate is:
Dark, 68-72%
