Tastings

I sometimes do dessert parties. I like to provide balancing/cleansing items, trying to stay simple and reserve my energies for the chocolates.I do fruits, staying away from the acidic, I find them too jarring on my taste buds after a sweet dark chocolate. Blueberries are good, and cheese plate. Any other suggestions?LexSee More
