- When I was twelve, we were in Italy and my favorite thing to eat was a wonderful Chocolate Gelato from this little stand in Taormina... I would always ask my dad for what I (as an American) called three scoops (little teeny tiny scoops, American Style...) My mom would never let him and I had to just get one or two. One day he took me out on a bike ride for a daddy-daughter type thing and we each had TWO of the three scoop CHOCOLATE gelato cones!!! :) Awesome dad.. Start of a chocolate addiction!

I love chocolate with anything...cheese, fruit, salami, olives, you name it! :)
I am on a mission (and I realize that I am not alone!) to prove that chocolate can be paired with any other food in some way...
