Gourmet Liguria is the international spin off of Ligucibario® (http://www.ligucibario.com/), the most extensive on line atlas of Ligurian enogastronomy, powered by food&wine expert Umberto Curti.
I specialize in cross cultural food and wine communication, a sector I cultivate also as a member of AIE, the Italian Ethnogastronomy Association.
My personal love affair with chocolate is a long lasting one: it started at the very beginning of the 70's and has been developing ever since, in a happy mingling with my professional life. In fact, I write about the history of chocolate, interview manufacturers and professionals, plan seminars, workshops and events focussing on the "fare of the gods".
