- Walking into Maison du Chocolat in Paris for the first time, then eating the chocolates with my then-fiancé while sitting by the Seine. Also, the first time I made homemade chocolate pudding with really good chocolate. The first step in my path to world domination!

- Any high quality dark (65%+) chocolate over roased almonds. But as I learn more that may change :-)
