Creating a decadent dessert with author "Lora Brody" and watching it captivate diners at Legal Seafoods in Boston. This dessert, which was a flourless chocolate cake enrobbed in white chocolate, was featured and promoted by waitstaff as "A Legal High" and instantly became a show stopper.

I prefer milk and LOVE pure white, but will go out of my way for a dark chocolate that is fruity, rich and smooth.
