- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- I used to dislike chocolate. When I moved to Hawaii I had a roomate who was a chef. The first time he brought his little container to me and told me try one the many broken pieces of a vast variety of fine dark chocolates, I was in heaven. I quickly discovered that I love chocolate (just not Hershey's).
- My favorite chocolate is:
- Voges chocolate bar with cinnamon and chili pepper
