The day in 2009 when Knipschildt Chocopologie walked into The HotChocolate Society's Culinary Awards with two Grecian urns made of chocolate, each filled with a different truffle - one red wine & dark chocolate, and the other Earl Gray, Green Tea Milk Chocolate. Chocolate was provided by Guittard.
My favorite chocolate is:
A toss up between El Rey's Gran Saman Dark Chocolate - 70% and the Apamate Dark Chocolate - 73.5%
