One of the best was a benefit held on Scharffenbergers factory in Berkeley. Mark Miller cooked 2 starters and a main with cocoa/chocolate as a driving ingredient - all absolutely fantastic. And then the three or was it four... best patissiers of San Francisco had joined in making 3 gigantic chocolate dessert buffets :)
