"I use a small garden hose with spray nozzel to make Sure it all clean or you can Use a brush and really hot water the only thing I would worry about is if you are making milk and dark because of the dairy hope this Helps"

Milford Dennison replied to Jessica Osterday's discussion Every time I use my molds for chocolate bars, they bloom.
"I also use molds from tomric and I have the same issues it is not bloom it is a release mark and using the fridge helps a lot just make sure not to hurry the setting process and they will come out almost perfect"

"I am using my champion juicer to crack my beans and I have made a winnower for 70 $ from lowes I would be happy to send you a picture and explane how it works it was easy to make and about 95% effective"

Just finished batch 6 a bean from Beliez  i made a 70% dark it turned out great it is a pure chocolate not many undertones smooth and no after taste
