Mimi,
I'd love to have a visit, to get to meet you in person, and to show you my shop. Let me know your schedule so I can be sure to be here.
Dale
Hello Mimi, good to hear from you. I am in Mindo, Ecuador right now. Things are going well here, we are growing and producing more chocolate. Some people that know you have come here and visited. Are you coming to Ecuador any time soon?
Mimi,
In that case, maybe I'll send the two samples I have in hand right now (65% and 47%) to let you get started.
Dale
Mimi,
Any chance to save on shipping if Cile is in the area and might carry some back to you?
Dale
Mimi,
Strangely, it took several days for me to receive your earlier message of interest, but it did arrive this weekend. I'll be happy to send samples. I'll hold off until I get the 70% and 56% too. Your former e-mail requested 5 lbs of the 65%. If you'd like that quantity of all the samples, I'll want to share the expenses. If you'd like tasting samples, I'd be happy just to send them along. Let me know your needs,
Dale
Mimi,
Now I realize who you are. I hear such good things about Grocers Daughter. Nice to make contact.

Hi Mimi:
Sure please do come by. You can call me on 09 852 4773 in case you need directions again.
Kind regards,

Welcome to TheChocolateLife! There's no pressure to choose favorites here - I prefer to enjoy the unique character of whatever I happen to be eating at the time. And while I tend to prefer high cocoa content chocolate sans-dairy, I've been known to nibble on some exceptional milks and whites.
