Can anyone recommend a machine that can grind blocks of chocolate up with out melting it.In the photo below is a block of untempered chocolate and the powder size we are trying to achieve.Continue

"you can try an urschel mill.  note almost all mills generate heat when grinding.  grind slowly to generate less heat.  or add dry ice."
