- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- The moment I realised it wasn't simple, you couldn't just melt and mould chocolate. You had to temper. That there were so many variables to achieve a temper. Crysallisation etc. I wanted to know more. I found this site. I was 25 when I had my most memorable choc experience.
