We have been growing the cacao beans for more than 50 years, for the past 30 years we have been making the hand molded 100% chocolate liquor called Tablea in the Philippines, used in making hot chocolate drink and chocolate rice porridge. This old product was introduced in our country by the Spanish colonizers from their colony in Mexico. Just recently we have perfected the fermentation process and has just discovered the conching and tempering process thru the net. We are now contemplating in making chocolates from beans to bar and looking for possible interested marketing partners. By the way we have been practicing organic agriculture for the past 20 years.
