My husband and I attended a chocolate course organised by one of our suppliers. During the course, my husband and I just cannot accept the fact that the instructor kept teling us to throw away the hardened chocolate on the marble table into the bin. We were going "What? throw? on my gosh but these are expensiive and just too good to throw away. Until now whenever I pick that brand of choclate, I would remember that course.
