Most memorable chocolate experience:
Its difficult to name the most memorable, as there are many, so I will choose one.

During near blizzard conditions in New York City, sitting near the window at Cafe Veselka feeling warm & cozy while watching the snow come down in blustery torrents outside, eating baked chocolate custard, a decadent indulgence; rich, flavorful, creamy, perfect... Coupled with fresh coffee & great company.
My favorite chocolate is:
Mast Brothers 72% Fleur de Sel (among many)
