Yes, I promote you guys on all the forums I'm on... love that 70%. This batch doesn't have the same chocolatey finish as the last 2 batches. I guess consistency isn't 100% when you're dealing with cocoa beans. It's still good though.
Thanks for the comments about the bunnies and the chocolates. I really feel I have the best job in the world. What fun to play in chocolate all day!
