- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- The day I decided to create me own chocolate business. A woman I knew asked me one day if I wanted to sell chocolate for her business. I thought with all the experience I had working in and managing restaurants and cooking, why not open my own chocolate business. I am in the research and development phase right now and so I guess I can say that I have not had my most memorable experience as of yet, but I can tell it is on the horizon!

- Guylian was the first chocoalte I fell in love with, but there are so many news one, its hard to say.
