I know that some of the raw chocolate makers buy the butter and the powder and then mix them together (or have a cold-press machine) but I truly want to skip that extra processing step. Can you please recommend a machine that will work for this purpose? I've heard that the spectra 11 might work- it's used for nut butters, I don't have a huge budget so that's the reason why I haven't bought it to test it...
Talked to you a while back. People have started asking for raw chocolate in our store. We carry over 325 dark chocolate bars. I have never been able to find a "raw" bar that tastes decent. Would you be willing to talk about us carrying your chocolate?

Cacao polyphenols are antioxidants that are being researched for their potential role in preventing disease. The cacao polyphenols improved several ex vivo indicators of skin elasticity and skin tonus, namely, glycosaminoglycans, and collagen I, III and IV.
