I have been voraciously exploring the fine chocolate world since 2007. It's been a wonderfully enjoyable new hobby. I am, now, one of those people who looks up where the chocolate shops are when I'm in a new city or country. I have a collection of chocolate bar wrappers now, numbering over 250, from all over the world. I am working on a website that will display them all, with short reviews.
All the chocolate I eat is dark, I am vegan and seek out any good bar without milkfat, butter, or similar additives. In December 2008, I started to work at Gnosis Chocolate, a raw organic chocolate company. See GnosisChocolate.com for all of our 13 flavors.
