1. having my face appear on the bottle of Rogue Ales' Chocolate Stout
2. mixing Rogue Chocolate Stout with other beers like Hanssons Kriek (a sour cherry lambic), or Rogue's Chipotle Ale (i call it the Holy Mole')
3. tasting the Rogue Creamery Chocolate Stout Cheddar Cheese, made with my beer.
My favorite chocolate is:
any dark chocolate with nibs or chilis or lavendar...

Do you work for Rogue? Some of their beers are available here, but I have only tried one or two. I am really interested in Belgian beers of all types, though I don't like them all, and I have been hoping to see some Rogue Belgian-style beer, or even a "wild" beer/lambic. Do you know anything about this?
Welcome to The Chocolate Life. The next time you come to New York (Fancy Food Show this year?) let's get together with my Meetup group and do something great with your beer, some Rogue Creamery cheese, and some Lillie Belle Farms chocolates. An homage to my old home state of Oregon.
