"What kind of an insert? Carolina card stock is a food safe paper. Your paper supplier can do the research for you."

"I have used Murnane in Illinois. 708-449-1200. Turn about--who did you get a quote from in LA? Murnane was the only one I could find that did brown."

Most memorable chocolate experience:
When I was 12 my family went to Etoile in San Francisco.
I had my first chocolate souffle. Delicious! The light fluffy texture of the souffle with the amazing chocolate sauce made me a fan. Can I order another?!
My favorite chocolate is:
There are so many....hmm...Amedei Porcelana, Scharfen Berger was another favorite until Artisan closed their Berkeley plant.
