Unfortunate to say I mist you in Paris, I also was visiting Argimontana. I use already dried fruits from them, but the Domori couverture is not my prefered chocolate. There Single origins I like very well and the retail line is great but expensive. After tasting some of there best chocolates I would advice: Apurimac, Arriba, Sambirano and Sur Del Lago.
May be I can advice you Valrhona chocolate, I already work with these chocolate for 20 years and never it was a disillusion.
