Most memorable chocolate experience:
Waking up to my grandfather's atole. We traveled all over Mexico when I was very young, my sister would buy toys, I would buy Mexican chocolate in every town from the women making it on metates. When my stash was finished, it was time to go back to Mexico for more. Chocolate has always been part of my culture.
My favorite chocolate is:
Pralus-Cuba, & Fortunato No. 4-Peru
