Harvesting the cocoa pods as a child on my family farm. Then fermenting them in what we call a " cocoa draw " I remember the earthy smells that perfumed the air as we would unlock the galvanized covered house and pull the draws out from all sides, to turn the beans. I miss those days spent with my grandparents. Love you Alexander & Beryl McIntosh.
