- Most memorable chocolate experience:
- Discovering dark chocolate truffles as a child. I was around ten years old and my dad had received a gift from a German business associate. Not thinking that any of his children would enjoy this bittersweet morsels, he did not bother to hide them. After one bite, neither my brother or sister cared to have more. I silently ate the rest, slowly with deliberate restraint over the next few days.
