Thanks! I first saw, and tasted, cacao in Belize in the Toledo district and also had the rare treat of seeing an indigenous criollo cacao tree (it yields very tiny, shriveled pods). Belize isn't on the flavor map but it has an amazing history of traditional cacao use and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to tromp through thick jungle visiting cocoa farms!
