"Brad - I get Guittard and E. Guittard from a local bakery supply company for about $4.50/lb, buying in 10 - 50 lb orders. Some of it they stock normally, but the E. Guittard they stock for me specifically at that price."

Does anyone know of a source for a wall calendar with chocolate as its theme? They have them for everything else - dogs, cats, sailboats, guitars, mountains - everything - but I've never seen one for chocolate. Any suggestions?See More

Roll or Mold? or both?

Hello Chocolate Lovers. I started my chocolate business in Albuquerque, NM about a year ago and am at the point where I need to ramp up production (and sales) to make this a viable business.
